Choose three of the following items to create your own taco buffet:
Carnitas, Carne Asada, Chicken, Breaded Fish or Veggie.
The above includes: your choice of flour or corn tortillas, lettuce, pico de gallo, homemade salsa, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, refried beans and Mexican rice.

Dinner $11.00 per person


Sizzling Fajitas:
Generous portions of marinated grilled steak and chicken breast served with sautéed peppers and onions. Served with warm flour tortillas, black beans, Mexican rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, homemade salsa, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Grilled veggie fajitas are available as a vegetarian alternative.
Lunch $11.00 per person
Dinner $15.00 per person

Appetizer Menu #1

Chips and Salsa:
Fresh cut corn tortillas lightly fried and served with our homemade fresh salsa.

Old Mexico Style Wings:
Jumbo chicken wings marinated in our authentic spicy Old Mexico chipotle sauce, lightly fried and served with blue cheese and ranch dressings.

Quesadillas:
Flour tortillas filled with Chihuahua and Jack cheese frilled and served with jalapenos, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and homemade salsa.

Fresh Seasonal Vegetables:
Seasonal vegetables served with ranch dressing.

Jumbo chicken wings marinated in our authentic spicy Old Mexico chipotle sauce and spicy buffalo sauce, lightly fried and served with blue cheese and ranch dressings.

Flour tortillas filled with frilled rock shrimp, Chihuahua, Jack cheese and jalapenos. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and homemade salsa.

Mini Beef Taquitos:

Beef-filled corn tortillas lightly fried and topped with sour cream, homemade Pasilla salsa, lettuce and pico de gallo.

Tijuana Chix Sandwich:
A marinated chicken breast grilled to perfection and topped with roasted Anaheim peppers and jalapeno Jack cheese placed on a Kaiser roll. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion and fries.

Tamales:
Two pork tamales topped with sour cream and homemade Pasilla salsa. Served with a side of green chile, Mexican rice and beans.

Enchiladas Rojas:
Two corn tortillas filled with your choice of beef, chicken, steak or cheese, topped with red enchilada sauce and melted Jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with guacamole salad.

Chicken or Steak Burrito:
Marinated chicken or steak and refried beans wrapped in a flour tortilla. Smothered with green chile and cheese. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Beef and bean burrito, cheese enchilada, and chile relleno. Smothered with green chile and cheese. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Chile Rellenos “The Traditional Way” :
Two Anaheim chiles stuffed with Chihuahua cheese, lightly battered in egg whites and pan fried. Smothered in green chile and cheese. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Shrimp Enchiladas Verdes:
Two corn tortillas filled with sautéed shrimp, topped with tomatillo sauce and melted Chihuahua cheese. Served with guacamole salad.

Roasted seasoned pork served with our famous green chile, guacamole, pico de gallo and warm flour tortillas. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Combo 007:
Chile relleno, cheese enchilada, tamale and a crisp beef taco.

Shrimp Chipotle Cream Pasta:
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a spicy chipotle cream sauce and tossed with linguini. Served with fresh garlic bread.

Carnitas Norteñas:
Roasted seasoned pork, served with authentic green chile, guacamole, pico de gallo and warm flour tortillas. Served with Mexican rice and beans.

Shrimp Diablo

Dinner Menu #2

Carne Asada:
12 oz. ribeye steak grilled with tomatoes, onions and fresh jalapenos. Served with pico de gallo, Mexican rice, refried beans and warm flour tortillas.

Chicken Fajitas:
Grilled chicken strips, sautéed with red and green bell peppers, Bermuda onions and a variety of spices. Served with pico de gallo, black beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and warm flour tortillas.

Shrimp Diablo:
6 giant gulf shrimp sautéed in a spicy chipotle garlic sauce placed over a bed of Mexican rice and served with warm flour tortillas.

Shrimp Mazatlan

Shrimp Mazatlan:
6 giant gulf shrimp stuffed with Anaheim peppers, Chihuahua cheese, wrapped in lean bacon, baked and topped with tomatillo sauce and placed over a bed of Mexican rice. Served with black beans and warm flour tortillas.

Smothered T-Bone Steak:
12 oz. rib eye grilled medium rare, topped with a spicy tomatillo sauce and melted Chihuahua cheese. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and warm flour tortillas.
